Back of a Napkin pulls together a group of restaurant and hospitality insiders with multiple decades of experience. Spanning fine dining operations, luxury travel, cocktail design, pr, finance and fundraising, commercial asset management, reservations planning, lease negotiations, recruitment, compliance and much more. In fact, there are few areas of the hospitality industry we don’t cover and few people we don’t know - it’s a small industry for those who are truly committed.
We don’t like to be called consultants. But its a useful word that saves time. Consultants deliver reports and make fancy presentations then leave at 5pm. We work alongside you, with construction teams, investors and floor staff to make sure things are just so. We don’t sit behind a screen (much). We get out to meet owners, listen to the vision, see the site, look through the numbers and then spend time on the floor. We stay late and work when the business works.
